Conditions of Use
1. Withdrawal
You can cancel your contract within two weeks without giving reasons in writing (eg letter, fax, e-mail) or - if the goods have already been delivered before the deadline ends - by returning the goods. The time limit begins after receipt of this notification in writing, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in the case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before the arrival of the first part delivery) and also not before our obligations in accordance with § 312c section 2 BGB in conjunction with § 1 paragraph 1.2 and 4 BGB-InfoV and our obligations in accordance with § 312e Section 1 Clause 1 BGB in association with § 3 BGB-InfoV were met. The revocation period is observed if the good or writing was sent before the deadline expires. The revocation must be sent to:

The right does not exist for contracts to supply goods that are produced according to customer specifications or supply of audio or video recordings or software if the delivered data carriers have been unsealed by the consumer.
In case of an effective cancellation the mutually received benefits have to be given back. Can't you give us back the received goods completely, partially or only in worse condition, you have to pay us compensation for the value. With the surrender of things this does not apply, if the deterioration of the thing comes only from the review of it, as it e.g. would have been possible in a retail shop. You do not have to pay for deteriorations of proper testing.
Parcel items are send back on our risk. In Germany you have to pay for the return, if the delivered good is equal to the ordered good and the price of the returned good is not higher than 40 EUR or if the price is higher and you did not payed the contractually agreed partial of total amount at the time of your revocation. For all other cases the return in Germany is free. Non parcel items are picked up in Germany by us. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The time limit begins for you with the dispatch of your withdrawal or the thing, for us with its reception.
1.1 Shipping cost for returns
In Germany you have to pay for the return, if the delivered good is equal to the ordered good and the price of the returned good is not higher than 40 EUR or if the price is higher and you did not payed the contractually agreed partial of total amount at the time of your revocation. For all other cases the return in Germany is free.
2. Formation of contract
The presentation of products in our online shop is not a legally binding offer, but is a non binding catalog. By clicking the button "Send order" in step 3 of the order process, you place a binding order about the article(s) in your shopping cart. The confirmation of receipt of the order follows immediately after placing your order by e-mail. We can accept your order by sending an order confirmation via e-mail or by delivering the goods within five days. When ordering through our online shop, the contract is concluded with:

We save the data and send you the ordering information and our conditions via e-mail. The terms and conditions, you can always see here. You can view your past orders in our customer login area.

5. Retention of title
Until complete payment the delivered goods remain the property of J.Ko. IT - Jens Kortner.
6. Payment & delivery terms
You can choose between prepayment (bank transfer), DIRECTebanking.com , PayPal , credit card (Visa/Mastercard) , iclear escrow service or cash on delivery (to Germany: plus 12 EUR incl. VAT). Companys and public facilities can also pay by direct debit or invoice.
When paying for the account, you agree to pay the invoice within 14 days of receipt of the goods. When paying via direct debit, the debit takes place within one month after receipt of order. When paying by credit card will be charged once shipped. In the case of late payment we reserve the recovery of collection expenses.

7. Warranty
Warranty is governed by the statutory warranty rights of Germany.
8. Information on battery Regulation
In connection with the sale of batteries and rechargeable batteries, we are committed as a dealer under Battery Regulation to refer you as a consumer in the following:
- In Germany you are legally obliged to return batteries. You can do this in our shop, in a municipal collection or even in any local shop.
- Pollutant batteries with a sign, consisting of a crossed-out wheeled bin symbol and the chemical (Cd, Hg or Pb) provide for the classification of the crucial heavy metal deemed to be contaminated.
9. Packaging Ordinance
We are required under the provisions of the Ordinance to take back packaging of our products that bear the mark of a system of disposal (such as the "Green Point" of the Dual System Germany AG), and for its reuse or disposal.

We will then call a local collection center or a waste management company in your area, which receives free packaging. If this is not possible, you have the opportunity to send the package to us: J.Ko. IT - Jens Kortner, Kadettenstraße 9, D-51429 Bergisch-Gladbach. The packs are used by us again or disposed of in accordance with the provisions of the Ordinance.
10. Final provisions
It is the law of the Federal Republic of Germany excluding the UN sales law. This does not apply if mandatory consumer protection rules preclude such an application. Contract language is German.
